  • After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within:

    • 2–5 business days for metro cities

    • 4–7 business days for non-metro cities or remote locations

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking number.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
Fragrantica India will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete details

  • Unreachable phone number

If the package is returned due to wrong address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Packaging & Safety
  • All perfumes are packed securely with multiple protective layers to avoid leaks, breakage, or damage during transit.

  • We use tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety.

7. Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged or leaking package, immediately refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. International Shipping
